Frenectomy for Tongue-Tie

A frenectomy is a treatment used to correct a condition known as ankyloglossia which is commonly referred to as ‘tongue-tie.’ This condition limits the mobility of the tongue and can cause issues with sleep and can lead to snoring. The condition also could exacerbate sleep apnea and TMJ.
